1. Authorized driver – The driver has held a valid driving license for more than one year and is 25 years of age or above. The vehicle will be driven only by the drivers whose names and International Driving Licenses are registered on the rental agreement. For Non-GCC International Driving License Holders, approval is required under the law of the UAE Government.
2. The hirer shall:

(A) Provide a deposit as pay the hire charges in advance as laid out in rental schedule, unless both parties have agree on different terms in writing. If the contract is prematurely terminated for whatever reason the hirer is liable to pay the company (Get Rent A Car Co. L.L.C) the applicable tariff rate for entire period of use.

(B) Undertake to provide extra deposit in case of extension of hirer and the will be considered as notification for extension.

(C) Provide and valid documentation as requested by the company and the local authority.

(D) The hirer agreed to pay for all traffic fines and parking ticket fines, along with service  Charges of Dhs. 50/ – Per fine, during or after the period of this rental and the company Reserves the right to claim any such unpaid amount from the hirer.

3. The hirer pay deposit required. The vehicle was on the condition in check out list and the hirer undertake to keep sufficient water and oil at all time.
4. The hirer declare that license to hired vehicle according to the UAE traffic law, including all those person whose name appear in the rental agreement authorize to drive it.
5. The vehicle delivered to the hirer in a good condition as per check out (which will duly signed by the hirer with radiator and oil reserved oil full. The hirer undertake sufficient water and oil in the vehicle at all times.
6. The hirer undertakes to make sure of the car condition periodically by checking of the oil, water, fire and tire pressures and inform the lessor of any mechanical, tire or electrical problems. The hirer needs to report to the lessor any signal that appears on the screen for warning of any type of maintenance. The hirer shall bear any damages as a result of driver misuse including an administration fee for not reporting this fault and continuing to drive the vehicle.
7. If vehicle damage in any way. The company reserves the right to take possession of the vehicle and carry out repair required. The period of the hire shall be extended to cover the time taken to repair such damage.
8. The vehicle is insured for use in the UAE only and specific extension of insurance coverage will have to be obtained in advance though, the company in event of the vehicle being intended for use outside the UAE. Any breach of the above, the hirer becomes responsible for the total cost of any damage, towing charges legal administrative allied charges that may arise due to such deviation from this caused.
9. The maximum kms per day on daily basis 400 kms and weekly hired 300 kms per day, maximum mileage on monthly hired is 5000 kms per month. Excess mileage on any of the categories above will be charges 25 fils per kilometer and the hirer agrees to pay such charge.

10. The charges for a rental or lease vehicle cover the replacement of the tires resulting from normal usage. Tire replacement due to negligence such as impact damage will be at the hirer responsibility and Get Rent A Car CO. LLC. will reimburse the cost repairing of fitting tube.

11. The hirer agree to return the vehicle with the fuel or pay the same at the hired period.

12. The hirer will not use the vehicle for off road driving, motor sports, rallying, towing or any activities or any carry article which will cause damage to the vehicle. He indemnifies Get Rent A Car CO. LLC. against all losses cost expenses claims proceeding damage and all other liabilities suffer or incurred by Get Rent A Car Co. LLC. either directly or indirectly as result of the hirer failing to comply directly with any of the hirer duties on this agreement or any other term and condition of this agreement as well as the imposition of the fine penalties or other summons or notice relating to any parking , speeding drunken driving or any of the vehicle traffic offenses or impounding or confiscation either temporary or permanently by authority in connection with any of the matters refer to above or any reason within the hirer control.
13. One day hired means 24 hours and extra hour will be calculated as a full day. The hirer will notify of hire and pay extra deposit if required.
14. Chauffeur charges are based upon 8 hours a day with excess hours charges at publish hourly rate.
15. The hirer will be liable for the excess liability charge to GET RENT A CAR CO. LLC. against the first 1500 dhs of damage caused to the vehicle or each every occur provide provided the necessary police report are submitted if necessary, police paper are not submitted or damage is caused by driving whilst under the influence of alcohol , drug or passing through red traffic signal, the hirer will be liable for the cost of all damage to the vehicle and to pay the hire charge for the period taken to repair suck as damage  on all rentals other that signed leased of one year or more the hirer may purchase excess waiver which waives the hirer responsibility for the 1500 dhs excess provided the necessary police paper submitted.
16. If the hirer terminate a weekly contract within seven day he will pay rental charge daily rate.
17. If the hirer terminates a short term monthly contract of less than one year before the end of first month he will be liable to pay at either the daily or weekly rates decided by GET RENT A CAR CO. LLC.
18. The hirer agree to pay the total rental charge on the receipt of invoice unless other payment terms have been expressly agreed with GET RENT A CAR CO. LLC.
19. In case the amount outstanding is not paid in the time GET RENT A CAR CO. LLC. has right to charge 30% the total outstanding as service charge.
20. It is hereby agree upon between the hirer and company that in case of a TOTAL LOSS (vehicle beyond economical repair) The hirer agree to pay to the company 25% of the purchase value of the vehicle, if the vehicle less than 6 month from the date purchase, 20% if the date of purchase is between 6 to 12 month of time of accident; 15%. If the date of purchase of the vehicle is between 12 to 18 months at the time of accident.
21. If you take a clean car & return uncleansed Dhs.100 will be charged. The hirer will be responsible for the excess liability charges of Dhs.1500, 2000, 2500 respectively of any accident to the vehicle. If the hirer under age of 25 years than he/she should pay 20% of the damage charges with liability which is mentioned above. The hirer must submit all necessary police/court case papers to us to claim damages charges from insurance company. The hirer shall bear up to 25% of the car value, if the car is lost or damaged in any incident. If the hirer is unable to provide police/court documents then he/she will be responsible for the payment of damage charges as per estimate. In all cases the hirer will be responsible to pay the charges for the period of garage charges to repair such damages. In case if the hirer has EW then he/she is not responsible for damages (Excess Liability). The hirer will pay the rent of the car in all cases with EW or without EW. No insurance coverage is applicable – if the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of accident, -if the hirer or driver during the period of the rental sublets the vehicle without the written consent of the lessor, -if the vehicle is driven by an unauthorized driver. In such cases the hirer is liable to pay for all damages to the vehicle, third party expenses, passengers in the vehicle and the full rental value for the total number of days the vehicle is under repair in the workshop and all fines. The lessor is entitled to render an administration fee for all costs incurred.
